The institute is a paid hospital and does not provide free treatment, which means the patients have to make payments before the treatment procedure. Dr. Prerna Kapoor is a physician. She graduated (MBBS) from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi, in 1989 and secured her post-graduation in medicine from the same college in 1992.

Dr. Anju Kumari Rani
Dr. Anju Kumari Rani is a gynaecologist. She graduated (MBBS) from Rajendra Medical College, Ranchi in 1989. She has an M.D in obstetrics and gynaecology from KGMC, Lucknow in 1998. She is now a senior consultant at SGPGI.
